Move More Performance

Move More Performance offers specialised performance training for kids. Our programs focus on strength and conditioning fundamentals while incorporating gymnastics, functional fitness, and agility drills. We also educate our kids about injury prevention protocols that include stretching and mobility exercises.

 

We create an environment where kids can learn, personally grow and develop the skills needed to succeed in any sport or activity. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping each child reach their personal best. With Move More Performance your child can unlock their true potential and find success in any athletic endeavor.

Strength & Conditioning

Combining strength & conditioning fundamentals with the addition of key aspects from gymnastics, functional fitness, and agility training. The combination of these sports allows our children to develop a high awareness of body control thus leading us towards being able to generate explosive power in many planes of movement to our dedicated sports. We also have a high focus at Move More on educating our rising stars on the importance of maintaining a routine towards injury prevention protocols by completing each session with stretching and mobility homework.

Journaling

WELLNESS

Our performance program isn't just about strength and conditioning. We also include the importance of a balanced training routine which includes healthy lifestyle habits that include food choices, sleep, hydration, and also self-reflective. Our journal writing starts both at the start and end of each session where our participants fill out their journal on how they felt before and after the work, what did they learn, and what they achieved. As our participants progress we will also log results from our sessions including time and task-orientated results. These results are strictly for the participants development and results will not be asked to share.

COACHING

Our coaching philosophy is to allow each child to develop at their own tempo. There are no prerequisites for our performance program as every child will be assessed throughout the program on whether they need more advanced exercises or whether they need an adjustment on their exercise prescription. We will work hard, challenge our own abilities, learn from others, and have a fun and inclusive environment for everyone to feel welcome. Our programs are for 30-minute intervals so there is a big expectation for our kids to arrive on time, and ready to achieve their goals
